Return Policy

If you have a problem with a purchase on Antique Abbey please contact the shop owner by email.

All requests must be received within 3 days of the item's delivery.

All shop owners must respond within 3 days after receiving the return request e-mail.

A refund must be credited once the item has been received and examined by the shop owner and the funds be posted to the buyers account within a timely manner.

Any returned items must be in the same condition as when it was shipped to you and have all original shipping material and documentation.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping and insurance unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please have tracking and delivery receipt added when a return is shipped back to the shop owner.

Please contact Customer Support within 1 month of the original purchase date or contact PayPal for any unresolved disputes.

All shipments be insured by the buyer at the time of purchase or a damage claim may not be honored.

Please check with the carrier for instructions on insurance claims.
